My name is Jocelyn ‘86 Mt. Top’ Gadson. I’ve walked through storms most people would have given up in, and yet I’m still standing. I’ve survived two divorces, I’m a proud mother of four and grandmother, and I’ve carried the weight of being a plus-size woman in a world that often tried to count me out.
Through it all, I refused to let label
My name is Jocelyn ‘86 Mt. Top’ Gadson. I’ve walked through storms most people would have given up in, and yet I’m still standing. I’ve survived two divorces, I’m a proud mother of four and grandmother, and I’ve carried the weight of being a plus-size woman in a world that often tried to count me out.
Through it all, I refused to let labels, losses, or limits define me. Instead, I chose to climb higher. I built this movement as both a healing journey for myself and a legacy for my children and grandchildren, proof that no matter what life throws at you, you can still rise, rebuild, and walk in excellence.

I am a Mental Wellness and Detox Advocate, a writer, and a visionary. My mission is to help others detoxify their mindset, embrace their divine purpose, and live boldly. The foundation of this movement is rooted in S.E.L.F.:
✨ Self-Examination: facing your truth and owning it.
✨ Elevation: choosing to grow higher every day.
✨ Love & Laughter

✨ Love & Laughter: because joy is healing.
✨ Fearlessness & Faith: walking forward no matter what.

This is more than just my story, it’s a movement for anyone who has ever been overlooked, underestimated, or undervalued. Together, we rise.
